Job Title: Regional Marketing Strategist

This is a dynamic marketing role where you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across the Southeast Asia region.

You will work closely with key business stakeholders to align all goals and engage members and affiliates via through-the-line marketing to meet and/or exceed revenue and retention targets.

This role involves a blend of creative and analytical skills to manage marketing campaigns, staying abreast of the latest trends in the market, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will also ensure a consistent brand positioning and communication style to provide members and affiliates with a consistent and Wow experience.

In addition, you will work with your fellow regional marketing leads and the Marketing Operations team to produce and execute RCI's monthly campaign calendars to achieve the overall Marketing department's targets for offline and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Work closely with key business stakeholders to align all goals and engage members and affiliates via through-the-line marketing.
  • Manage marketing campaigns, staying abreast of the latest trends in the market.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent brand positioning and communication style.
  • Work with fellow regional marketing leads and the Marketing Operations team to produce and execute RCI's monthly campaign calendars.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications.
  • A proven, progressive track record of at least 6 years in marketing, digital, and management experience.
  • Ability to deal with competing priorities, a fast-paced work environment, and reporting deadlines.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to speak regional languages is a plus i.e. Tagalog, Vietnamese, Malay, Chinese, and Thai.
