Marketing Lead Opportunity

We're looking for a highly skilled marketing professional to spearhead our crypto casino marketing strategy. This role demands strong leadership abilities, a proven track record in iGaming, and experience managing remote teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive user acquisition and retention.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns, affiliate programs, content marketing, and CRM initiatives.
  • Lead and coordinate a remote marketing team, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.
  • Monitor KPIs and ROI across all marketing channels and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with product, design, and analytics teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Research market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in marketing management in the crypto or iGaming industry.
  • Strong leadership and remote team management expertise.
  • Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools (Google Analytics, CRM systems, affiliate platforms).
  • Understanding of acquisition funnels, retention strategies, and ROI optimization.
Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience in performance marketing (Meta, Google, TikTok, native ads).
  • Affiliate network management expertise.
