Job Description

The Digital Marketing Director will oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives and foster relationships with clients, driving performance for software and technology companies globally.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing campaigns across various industries and digital channels.
  • Conduct regular client governance meetings to present updates, align goals, and exchange strategic insights.
  • Analyze campaign performance and identify data-driven opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize delivery and exceed client expectations.
  • Provide visibility into key metrics, delivery challenges, and improvement plans to senior leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, with 3+ years in program/project management or change management.
  • Strong background in B2B technical or software marketing.
  • Skilled in campaign performance analysis, process optimization, and project delivery.
  • A self-starter mindset with excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas and data clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile, and remote work environment.
