Job Description

Job Expectations:

  • Responsible for tapping, developing, and growing the business of assigned/given project location.
  • Supervising Sales Managers to hit the monthly target.
  • Maintaining relationships with sales intermediaries, alliances, and marketing partners in identified markets.
  • Identifying new opportunities/markets as aligned to the over-all sales strategy of PH1 World Developers

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Director gained from a real estate company
  • Above average to excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written
  • Customer-focused, goal-oriented, and well-networked
  • Being a Licensed Real Estate Broker is an advantage
