About the role

As a Senior Art Director at Adgarlic, Inc.', you will play a vital role in driving the creative vision and execution for our diverse range of advertising campaigns. Based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office, this full-time position will see you collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualise and deliver captivating visual solutions that help our clients achieve their marketing objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Lead the creative direction and development of visually striking advertising campaigns, including print, digital, and multimedia assets
  2. Collaborate with the copywriting team to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand narrative
  3. Present creative concepts to clients, gather feedback, and iterate designs accordingly
  4. Oversee the work of junior designers and artists to ensure the highest standards of quality and creativity
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and industry best practices to continuously elevate our creative output
  6. Work closely with the account management and production teams to ensure seamless and efficient project delivery

What we're looking for

  1. 3+ years of experience as a senior art director or lead creative in an advertising agency or similar environment
  2. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional conceptual and visual design skills across a range of advertising mediums
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and sell creative ideas to clients
  4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  5. Familiarity with advertising industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
  6. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  7. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
