Marketing Director Role

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Director to spearhead our marketing initiatives across three retail channels.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive market share and revenue growth.
  • Lead the development of omnichannel customer experiences and marketing plans to meet revenue and financial objectives.
  • Evaluate and optimize marketing campaigns, including design, segmentation, implementation, reporting, and analysis.
  • Drive brand exposure through public relations, events, and branding initiatives.
  • Craft clear communication briefs with measurable marketing objectives and KPIs.
  • Plan and control marketing spend across online and offline initiatives.
  • Devise new customer acquisition programs to drive traffic to stores and ecommerce sites.
  • Oversee performance marketing initiatives, including display ads, social media ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing.
  • Understand customer behavior based on media activity and site behavior using Google Analytics.
  • Analyze data to develop customer experience and growth marketing strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field (Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Mass Communication)
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in marketing and brand management in a leadership role.
  • Experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Ability to marshal resources to achieve goals; can orchestrate multiple activities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work with different groups.
  • Strong Project Management skills and ability to lead multiple projects effectively.
  • Strong oral and written skills in English and Tagalog, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
