The role of Senior Business Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operational activities of a business unit, encompassing:
- Service delivery and performance management
- Turnaround times and service level agreements
- Revenue growth and recognition strategies
This position reports to the Country Head and interacts with key operational leaders of the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluating business efficiency and effectiveness through established metrics and guidelines
- Analyzing business procedures for improvement opportunities and implementing policy changes
- Developing and directing budgets to achieve revenue and financial objectives
- Leading customer service initiatives and satisfaction enhancement through policy revisions
- Maintaining business operations in alignment with customer expectations
- Establishing performance targets and allocating resources effectively
- Demonstrating successful execution of departmental strategies
- Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 12-15 years of progressive operations experience within a multinational corporation
- At least 5 years of experience in Mortgage Operations or a similar role
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective process management and data-driven decision making
- In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
