Job Title: Business Operations Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our call centre. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate daily operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and problem resolution
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
  • Lead and coach a team of customer service representatives, promoting a culture of excellence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a call centre or customer service operations management role
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and leading high-performing teams
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and using performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable to change and able to thrive in a dynamic environment
