Drive Sales and Marketing Efficiency as a Revenue Operations Manager

Job Overview

This key role will support both our Sales and Marketing teams by streamlining operations, enhancing sales journey efficiency, and driving revenue growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement Salesforce and Hubspot configurations to optimize marketing processes, improve lead nurturing, and enhance sales performance.
  • Serve as the primary administrator for both platforms, providing expertise and support to ensure seamless integration and optimal use.
  • Develop comprehensive reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators, drive data-driven decisions, and inform strategic planning.
  • Collaborate with Sales leadership to continuously refine sales journey operations, aligning processes with business objectives.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing Sales and Marketing technology stacks, with expertise in Salesforce administration and Hubspot marketing automation.
  • Deep understanding of both Sales and Marketing processes, with excellent project management, stakeholder communication, and documentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive insights-driven decision making.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations, with a strong background in Sales and Marketing processes.
