Amazon Account Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Amazon FBA expert to manage end-to-end Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts, including customer service.

This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in accountability and has a deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.

  • Conduct daily product listing checks for accuracy and performance.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with clear communication.
  • Handle product replacements, refunds, and dispute negative feedback.
  • Analyze negative reviews at the ASIN level and implement solutions.
  • Monitor seller performance metrics and address issues before escalation.
  • Resolve stranded inventory issues to maximize sales.

As an Amazon FBA expert, you will have strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis) and be able to analyze data to drive business decisions.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years managing Amazon FBA & Seller Central accounts at a high level.
  • Deep understanding of Amazon policies, listings, and performance metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions & data analysis).
  • High sense of accountability—own work.
  • Exceptional communication skills—anticipate problems.
  • Organized, efficient, and results-driven.
  • Bonus: Familiarity with business & accounting principles.
