Customer Service Advocate Opportunity

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team as Customer Service Advocates. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to clients through inbound and outbound calls, delivering memorable experiences that drive customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this position, you must possess strong communication skills, the ability to resolve issues efficiently, and a keen understanding of customer needs. Prior experience in call centers is highly valued, as is proficiency in English and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and effectively
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues on the first call
  • Research and retrieve information to support customer queries
  • Document interactions accurately and process claims in a timely manner
  • Provide guidance to customers on available options and solutions
  • Follow established scripts, policies, and procedures while utilizing available resources
  • Protect customer data and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant team members when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of training, updates, and program information
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Age 18 or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent education
  • Previous experience in call center environments
  • Familiarity with remote work arrangements
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Typing speed of 20+ words per minute
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Working knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and follow-up actions
  • Able to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
