We are seeking a seasoned customer advocate to spearhead the success of our high-profile clients. This role demands strong relationships, strategic adoption planning, and a proven track record of surpassing customer satisfaction and adoption goals.

About the Role
  • Develop deep customer connections and serve as a trusted advisor.
  • Drive proactive adoption across our product technology stack to ensure clients maximize their ROI.
  • Mange Adoption Campaigns through regular updates of campaign objectives in SFDC.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction: facilitate quarterly business reviews, execute on mutual success plans, address technical demands, engage relevant resources to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Mitigate churn risk and protect portfolio MRR growth.
  • Promote monthly recurring revenue for our most valued clients.
  • Project Management - orchestrate internal and external initiatives.
  • Act as a sales liaison, build internal relationships to drive growth expansion within accounts, manage partner relationships to better support premium clients.
Essential Qualifications
  • 3-7 years of direct enterprise-level customer success experience.
  • A proven track record of success with a verifiable history of exceeding customer satisfaction and adoption goals.
  • A driven professional with a commitment to excellence.
  • A unique blend of technical acumen and sales expertise wrapped in a customer-centric approach.
