Accounting Assistant Role:

PARK SECURE MANAGEMENT CORP. requires an experienced Accounting Assistant to maintain our financial records accurately and efficiently. As an integral member of our finance team, you will be responsible for performing a range of tasks that support our overall financial operations.

Key Tasks:
  • Cash Handling: Process cash receipts, verify cash deposits, and reconcile bank statements.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, processing payments and collections as needed.
  • Document Preparation: Prepare and submit financial documents, including invoices and credit notes.
  • Supply Request and Order Fulfillment: Coordinate supply requests, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Ad Hoc Tasks: Perform other tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in accounting or finance.
  • Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficiency in accounting software, and excellent organizational abilities.
