Job Description:

PARK SECURE MANAGEMENT CORP. seeks a detail-oriented and organized individual to fill the position of Accounting Assistant. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling various financial tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cash Management: Verify and reconcile cash deposits from various sources, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
  • Accounts Payable/Receivable: Process payments and manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payment and collection.
  • Billing and Invoicing: Prepare and send bills and invoices to clients, managing billing cycles and follow-up communications.
  • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records, including ledgers, journals, and balance sheets.
  • Reporting: Generate and provide financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in accounting or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks); excellent communication and organizational skills.
