Appointment Setter Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Appointment Setter to join our organization, supporting the growth of our business and our mission to deliver exceptional consumer experiences at scale.

  • Identify potential clients through phone calls and communicate the value proposition of our solutions effectively.
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and schedule appointments between qualified leads and the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and call outcomes in the CRM system and collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary prospect information.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven experience as an appointment setter or in a phone-based sales support role.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with a persuasive and engaging phone demeanor.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related tools for call management.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of calls effectively.
