Job Title:

B2B Sales Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Engagement Specialist to generate qualified sales appointments for our CEO and Sales Manager to close.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, self-driven, and highly familiar with outbound outreach best practices. This role requires strong communication skills, creative outreach tactics, and the ability to manage lead generation across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Outbound Prospecting: Utilize cold email, cold calling, LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and other relevant platforms to reach potential clients.
  • Lead Sourcing: Identify and build prospect lists using internal tools and independent research based on our ideal customer profile.
  • CRM Management: Log all activities and manage prospect pipeline in Pipedrive, keeping data accurate and updated.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate closely with the CEO and Sales Manager to align on messaging, targeting, and performance goals.
  • Pipeline Growth: Consistently deliver a high volume of qualified appointments for the sales team.
Success Metrics
  • Positive responses generated.
  • Sales meetings booked per week.
  • Meeting quality (fit and engagement).
  • CRM hygiene and responsiveness.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in sales outreach, appointment setting, as an SDR role.
  • Must have working knowledge with business acumen and sales methodology.
  • C2-level English (spoken and written).
