Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will have prior relevant training or related work experience and possess working knowledge and skills in customer support or operations environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent service to customers regarding billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions, and complaints.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints fairly and effectively.
  • Offer product and service information, identifying upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships.
  • Recommend and implement programs to support customer needs.
  • Work as a generalist or in a combination of disciplines within the Customer Support/Operations Function.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior relevant training or related work experience.
  • Working knowledge and applicable skills in customer support or operations environments.
