Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Customer Success department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our global customer base.

This is a full-time, remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to our company's continued growth and success.

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with timely and effective support through various channels, including live chat, email, phone, and video conferencing.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts, conducting regular check-ins and training sessions to ensure consistent customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer-reported tickets and provide feedback on reported issues.
  • Log support tickets and update the status within the ticketing system, ensuring accurate and transparent communication with customers.
  • Assist with onboarding and training new customers, helping them effectively utilize our platform and adhere to best practices.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or B2B client service.
  • Experience with ticketing and live chat support, as well as proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills, with fluency in English preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage customer escalations and challenging interactions in a calm and dignified manner.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
