Job Title: Healthcare Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized professional to join our team as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing patient intake, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Responsibilities include:

  • Documenting new patient and referral information
  • Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling
  • Inputting patient information, medical records, and billing data into electronic health record (EHR) systems
  • Assisting with processing insurance claims and verifying patient insurance information
  • Responding to patient inquiries and directing them to the appropriate healthcare professional
  • Analyzing healthcare data and preparing reports
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality and ensuring HIPAA compliance
  • Coordinating the sending of medical records to various departments and professionals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a medical field or related industry
  • At least one year of experience as a Medical Virtual Assistant
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Solid understanding of medical terminologies and practices
  • Proficient in EHR/EMR systems and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
  • Understanding of healthcare privacy regulations
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Salary Package:

  • Entry Level (1-3 years of experience): Up to PHP 39,500
  • Intermediate Level (3-5 years of experience): Up to PHP 48,000
