Remote Client-Centered Support Specialist

The Remote Client-Centered Support Specialist delivers tailored support to clients across treatment stages. This role ensures seamless wraparound service delivery by coordinating with clients, families, internal teams, and external providers.

Main Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned outpatient clients and their families to address non-clinical needs and enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Coordinate appointments, including proactive communication with providers and clients to confirm attendance.
  • Document appointments and ensure accurate calendar management across clinical schedules.
  • Monitor client participation in scheduled services and follow up on attendance and engagement.
  • Coordinate client intakes and discharges, ensuring accurate and timely completion of all required documentation.
Key Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in behavioral health, social services, or case management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office.
  • Reliable high-speed internet and ability to work from a secure remote location.
