Technical Contact Center Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Contact Center Specialist to drive the implementation of Contact Center solutions and deliver exceptional customer service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project implementations, assessing customer requirements, and recommending solution designs that meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage multiple projects across various customers simultaneously while ensuring timely completion and staying within budget.
  2. Assess solution specifications in light of customer requirements and recommend solution designs and changes that optimize value for both the customer and RingCentral.
  3. Complete customer-facing documentation throughout the implementation process, including meeting presentations, business requirements documents, sign-off agreements, etc.
Requirements:
  • Must be an independent self-starter with excellent time management skills and able to manage multiple implementation activities simultaneously.
  • Ability to operate with minimal guidance and exercise sound judgment and decision-making in challenging situations.
  • Prioritize multiple responsibilities and deliver on commitments while working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
