Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented specialist to join our team in providing technical support for data center operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides operational and technical support for assigned computer systems and associated peripheral equipment.
  • Monitors system performance utilizing software tools to complete tasks in a timely manner.
  • Performs routine maintenance and repair.
  • Interfaces with clients and appropriate support groups to escalate issues for resolution.
  • Reassigns job priorities according to precedent, policy, and procedures.
  • Participates in on-call rotation; responds to alerts and system issues.
  • Updates systems and applications.
  • Collaborates with vendors and suppliers to replace or repair failed equipment.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • May require technical certification or Associate Degree.
  • Generally, 1-2 years' experience in area of responsibility.
