Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls: Respond to client inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments: Confirm spa services appointments.
  • Provide information: Inform clients about spa treatments, services, and promotions.
  • Address concerns: Resolve client complaints with empathy and efficiency.
  • Maintain records: Keep accurate client records and update appointment schedules.
  • Collaborate with staff: Ensure seamless client experiences with spa staff.
  • Follow up: Confirm appointments and solicit feedback on services.
  • Administrative duties: Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience: As a call center agent or in a customer service role.
  • Excellent communication: Verbal and written communication skills.
  • No robotic interaction: Engage with clients in a warm, friendly, and personable manner.
  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in software: Using call center software and CRM systems.
  • Organizational skills: Excellent time management skills.
