Job Title: Data Center Operations Specialist

Join us to apply for the role of Data Center Operations Specialist. We are looking for a highly skilled professional to manage and service our large-scale data center infrastructure and facilities.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data center operations, ITIL principles, and industry standards. They will be responsible for proactive coordination and escalation related to site operational issues and client requirements, ensuring great customer experience at all times.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and service large-scale data center infrastructure and facilities.
  • Coordinate and escalate site operational issues and client requirements.
  • Ensure 24x7 operations in rotating shifts.
  • Proactive coordination and escalation related to site operational issues and client requirements.
  • Comply with STT GDC GDCO policies and standards.
Requirements:
  • Certificate or Diploma in IT/Computing/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience in 24x7 DC or facility operations environment.
  • General knowledge of M&E and Network Critical Infrastructure.
  • Good knowledge in M&E and building facilities related systems.
Preferred Skills:
  • Relevant facilities management and/or data center related certifications.
  • Familiarity with industry standards such as ISO 20000 / 22301 / 27001, 45001, 9001.
  • Good contractor management and collaboration skills.
