Job Opportunity: Salesforce Functional Consultant

As a Salesforce Functional Consultant, you will collaborate with innovative technology and skilled professionals who share your passion for excellence. Your mission will be to help organisations meet their objectives by driving client-specific implementation as well as ongoing system improvements on the Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough analysis and gather information to understand the needs and challenges of clients.
  • Work closely with employees and stakeholders to gain insights into existing processes and systems.
  • Identify areas for improvement and propose strategies and solutions to address those areas.
  • Develop and document detailed plans for implementing changes, including recommending software systems or workflow redesign.
  • Configure Salesforce features to support clients' business requirements according to the organisation's expertise and skills.
  • Contribute to configuration and build of the Salesforce data models to help support business requirements.
  • Support the delivery of workshops to identify client needs leading to scoping project proposals.
  • Provide expertise during pre-sales in order to provide technical solutions and develop and review proposals.
  • Deliver the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solutions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or relevant courses.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience as Functional Consultant using Salesforce.
  • Background in workflow configuration.
  • Experience in project delivery role.
  • Prior experience in Implementation, Upgrade and Support.
