Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Back Office Implementation Specialist to lead individual real estate brokerages in implementation and onboarding of our suite of back office products tailored for their needs.

  • Assess the client's current business needs and workflows. Make consultative recommendations on how they should use the back office platform.
  • Develop and manage a customized Implementation plan for each client.
  • Assist clients with system configuration, handling complex scenarios directly.
  • Deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure the product is highly adopted.
  • Communicate the project's implementation progress with internal stakeholders and the customer.
  • De-escalate client concerns by identifying and implementing technical solutions. Facilitate the resolution of all issues in order to retain the client.
  • Partner with a team of Implementation Specialists to improve and scale internal processes. Recommend adjustments to the client journey that will improve the client's overall experience and adoption of the back office product suite.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in developing client relationships quickly is required.
  • Exceptional communication skills that are apparent in your email and phone presence are required.
  • Relentless attention to detail and follow through are required.
  • Proven history of conflict resolution with both internal teams and client issues is required.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios is required.
  • Experience using Salesforce is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, communication or related field preferred.
  • 2 years+ of client facing Project Management experience at a SaaS based business preferred.
  • Understanding of the Real Estate Industry is a plus.
