Key Business Analyst Position

A skilled business analyst with expertise in Salesforce is required to design and optimize business processes within our systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide guidance and expertise in process re-design activities to enhance workflows.
  • Collaborate with teams to design efficient platform solutions using Salesforce tools.
  • Document and communicate system and business processes for clarity and alignment across teams.
  • Create detailed documentation of functional, nonfunctional, and operational requirements.
  • Write user stories and perform technical reviews to validate requirements.
  • Document workflows and processes based on business requirements.
  • Collect and report metrics related to project performance.
Requirements
  • Experience with Salesforce tools such as Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Lightning App Builder.
  • Ability to map business processes, flows, and data models using Visio, Lucidchart, or Miro.
  • Experience managing Salesforce security settings, including profiles, roles, and sharing settings.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
