Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to join our organization in the Wholesale Banking area, focusing on Payments Channels. As a proactive and strategic thinker, you will be responsible for improving and maintaining the risk posture of critical assets in our technology domain.

About the Role

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Risk assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments to identify and mitigate potential threats.
  • Collaboration with external parties to provide technology and security advice, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
  • Defining security architectures and standards, participating in audits and regulatory assessments to ensure compliance.
  • Defining access control security models and overseeing workspace security to maintain confidentiality and integrity.
The Team

You will be part of the Enabling Team, which focuses on Risk and Security for the whole area. Our team consists of experienced professionals from Manilla and Amsterdam with backgrounds in Ops engineering and/or First and Second Line of Risk. You will work closely together with the platform team and individual squads in the area, coordinating tasks at hand.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Extensive knowledge in Identity and Access Management and Security Event Monitoring.
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess & predict risks starting from information/data available.
  • Experience in OS fundamentals, modern operating systems (RHEL, Oracle), and Java.
  • Knowledge of banking & non-financial and regulatory risks.
  • Good understanding of enterprise level networking (TCP/IP, VPNs, SFTP, Proxy, Firewalls).
