Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, assess, and mitigate IT and business continuity risks, ensuring regulatory compliance.

  • Develop, maintain, and test Business Continuity (BCP) and IT Disaster Recovery (DRP) plans.

  • Oversee cybersecurity controls, conduct risk assessments, and monitor emerging threats.

  • Ensure IT risk governance aligns with enterprise policies and BSP requirements.

  • Manage third-party risk, ensuring vendor compliance with security and continuity standards.

  • Provide reports on IT and BCP risks, integrating insights into strategic decisions.

  • Lead IT risk and BCP training programs to enhance organizational awareness.

  • Support project teams by integrating risk considerations into new initiatives.

  • Assist the Head of Risk with regulatory coordination and special assignments.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years in IT risk management, BCP/DRP, cybersecurity, or IT audit within financial institutions.
  • Strong understanding of BSP regulations, IT governance, and business continuity frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and incident management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Continuity, or related field.
  • Preferred certifications: CISM, CRISC, CISSP, CBCP, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of BSP regulations, IT governance, and business continuity frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and incident management skills.
