Job Title: Risk Management Officer

About This Role

We are seeking a skilled Risk Management Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the risks associated with our operations and ensuring that we remain compliant with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Risk Policy Formulation and Maintenance: Develop, implement, and maintain risk policies and procedures to ensure that our organization remains aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Analytics: Analyze data to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Risk Control: Implement controls to minimize the impact of identified risks.
  • Risk Information and Reporting: Provide regular reports to stakeholders on risk-related matters.
  • Liaison and Administrative Function: Coordinate with other departments to ensure that risk management activities are integrated into our overall business strategy.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • At least 5 years of experience in risk management/control related functions in a supervisory capacity.
  • Preferably with experience in operational risk management.
  • Preferably with a deep knowledge and experience in the banks, credit institutions, or professional advisory firms (audit, risk management, and operations).
  • Skills: Analytical Skills, Detail-oriented, Interpersonal Skills, Computer skills (MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint), Technical Writing and Oral Communication Skills.
