Deliver the intended controls specific to the support and aligned to the employees PPE target.

Conduct review and enhancements of existing controls to make sure that all of them are updated and aligned to the current processes

Make sure that all controls assigned are running and are executed on time.

Develop network and partnerships with business and/or support groups for easier engagements

Quantification for controls exception reporting (financial or other risk considerations)

Assist with ad-hoc task to investigate and provide support to business units and/or support groups via data analysis and recommendations.

Conduct activities that will provide value add to the team by streamlining our processes.

Enroll either internally or externally training courses that are relevant to our support.

Conduct Knowledge sharing session to the team and/or to the entire group.

Make sure that CDP are updated on a yearly basis and completed as aligned with IS and their reporting lines

Delivery of Business Assurance Management Key Risk Indicator Activities

Monitors the operating and support units' performance of the assigned BAM process meant to prevent and/or detect control weaknesses that could lead to financial leakages, regulatory risk, and reputational risk.

Plots Key Risk Indicators and analyze trends over a period of time to identify early warning signals or indications of any issues or risk.

Validates/tests Transactions To Ascertain

• The integrity of reports used in recording transactions and decision making;
• Compliance with established policies and procedures meant to guard against financial leakage, including supervisory and/or quality assurance procedures built into the processes;
• Critical BAM processes are working effectively.

Reviews the assigned BAM processes that are meant to identify opportunities for improving the operating effectiveness and efficiency of process and related KRIs.

Participates in the implementation of major new products, services and enabling systems. This is to help the Business ensure that:

• New product or service adequately serves its critical BAM-related requirements and will work as intended;
• Financial risks, including fraud vulnerabilities, that may arise from the implementation of new product or service are proactively identified and effectively managed.

Collaborates with the operating units across the organization to provide management assurance that:

• KRIs and related processes are working as intended;
• Risks that threaten financial, regulatory, and reputational are identified and managed;
• Revenues from new products, services and/or promotions are properly captured, billed and booked.

Exhibits an understanding of the company's products, end-to-end processes and systems, network and information technology systems and tools that will deliver BAM output.

Provides relevant inputs and recommendations to drive innovation, process improvements and enhancements.

Assists the team in driving the implementation of BAM-related action points/recommendations in order to help the Business address/manage risks noted as a result of project/reviews

Support on ad-hoc activities that the team provides to the organization. This may entail data analysis, incident investigations and data validation.

Report weekly/monthly/quarterly performance results to IS, to CRO, and to business and their management for any issue or concerns that will have an impact to BAM overall performance.
