Job Overview

We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in making employment easier and more valuable for everyone.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Assist customers with platform use and education, ensuring they get the most out of our services.
  • Analyse product functionality to identify user errors and areas for improvement.
  • Escalate issues to the appropriate team or resolve them where possible, always prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with customers across multiple channels to understand organisational workflow and how we can support people processes.
Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in a fast-paced customer service/support environment.
  • Relevant Australian payroll experience (e.g., KeyPay).
  • Prior experience in a SaaS customer experience environment is highly valued.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills are essential for success in this role.
