
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist to support our customer service initiatives. This role involves providing exceptional service to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless customer service.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and services to provide accurate information to customers.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in Communications or related field preferred.
- Previous call center experience is an asset.
- Strong typing speed of 20+ WPM.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications.
- Able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
