Administrative Assistant to the Dean

We are Ateneo De Manila University, a premier educational institution dedicated to academic excellence and community development. We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide high-level administrative support to the Dean and the Office.
Key Duties:
- Coordinates meeting schedules and ensures timely communication with stakeholders
- Manages records and files, maintaining confidentiality and discretion
- Provides administrative support to the Dean and other office personnel
- Assists in data collection and analysis for quality assurance initiatives
- Disseminates information and updates stakeholders on key performance indicators and developments
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of relevant clerical work experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
