Job Overview

The Administrative Assistant for the Dean is a critical role that supports the daily operations of the Dean's office. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional administrative support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Providing administrative support to the Dean, including receptionist duties, meeting coordination, and financial management.
  • Managing office resources, including equipment, supplies, and vehicles.
  • Tracking attendance records, monitoring absences, leaves, and tardiness.
  • Preparing and submitting financial reports, including petty cash funds and liquidation reports.
  • Assisting in budget preparation and tracking expenses.
