Job Overview

As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for processing payments and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of invoicing processes for business clients.

We are seeking an experienced professional to work closely with our business operations team to improve administrative workflows and provide a seamless experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payments and ensure accuracy and efficiency of invoicing processes.
  • Collaborate with the business operations team to streamline administrative workflows.
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in data entry, AR/AP, payroll, workforce management, or payment specialist roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to generate and interpret custom reports related to timesheets, invoicing, and pending adjustments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
