About the Role

In this exciting position, you will have the opportunity to work with a leading organisation in the field of Pension and Benefits Administration. As an Omni-Channel Administrator, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service to our valued clients.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to inbound queries from clients regarding Pensions and Flexible Benefits
  • Document all discussions and actions taken in a clear and accurate manner
  • Provide an exceptional level of customer service, adapting to different caller scenarios
  • Represent the organisation in a friendly and professional manner
  • Meet team and personal targets, working efficiently to deliver results
  • Collaborate with team members to improve caller and member experience
Requirements
  • Previous experience in supporting in-bound customer service, with GB client interaction/experience preferred
  • A strong understanding of the administrative process as it relates to Pension and Flexible Benefit Plans
  • Bachelor's degree and pass given assessments
  • Maintain attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Good organisational and multitasking skills to manage volume of interactions and prioritise tasks efficiently
  • Positive and caller focused attitude
  • Good communication skills (listening, spoken and written)
  • Natural problem solver, working to a high level of accuracy
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet solo / team targets
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office
