Schedule: Monday – Friday (06:30 AM - 03:30 PM PHT)

Job Role:

As a member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective assistance to users.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Windows Server, O365, Windows 10/11, Active Directory, VMWare and Virtualization support.
  • The ability to support network switches, routers and firewall (CISCO, HP and Draytek) is highly desirable.
  • Current Microsoft certifications and working knowledge of ITIL are essential.
  • Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally and written.
  • Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous enterprises is required.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with LAN and WAN networks would be an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work across teams, and to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and staff.
  • Prior experience with an outsourced service delivery environment and consulting services.
  • Utilising RMM tools for daily proactive maintenance tasks and monitoring of automated alert tickets.
  • First point of contact for the resolution of issues with third-party applications and liaising with software vendors.
