Part-Time Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance for ongoing engineering projects.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills.
About the Job- This is a part-time position with 20 hours/week.
- The schedule is flexible and can be adjusted to meet the needs of the team.
- Create and edit technical documents using AutoCAD.
- Prepare diagrams and layouts in Microsoft Visio.
- Assist with developing technical specifications and instructions.
- Organize and maintain project files and documentation.
- Conduct light research and identify alternative solutions.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Visio.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with electrical or mechanical engineering principles is a plus.
