Job Description
  • This strategic role oversees the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of high-impact learning programs that enhance employee capability, leadership development, and business performance.
  • The successful candidate will lead key initiatives such as succession planning, high-potential identification, and executive coaching to drive organizational growth.

Responsibilities

  1. Design and execute a comprehensive learning roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic goals and talent needs.
  2. Drive organization-wide learning frameworks, including onboarding, functional training, and leadership development.
  3. Champion a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and self-development across the organization.
  4. Leverage digital learning platforms, blended learning, and experiential development to create engaging learning experiences.
  5. Lead the Talent Management cycle, including performance calibration, talent reviews, and career pathing.
  6. Partner with People Leaders and HR Business Partners to identify, develop, and retain high-potential talent.
  7. Oversee succession planning frameworks for critical roles and ensure leadership pipeline readiness.
  8. Build and maintain talent profiles and development plans for successors.
  9. Design and deliver coaching programs for senior leaders and high-potential talent.
  10. Establish internal and external coaching frameworks, ensuring quality and alignment to business goals.
  11. Provide executive coaching and guidance to People Leaders in support of talent strategies.
  12. Facilitate leadership programs that promote emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and inclusive leadership.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Organization Development, or related field; Master's Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in L&D and Talent Management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated experience in building leadership development, succession planning, and coaching frameworks.
  • Strong facilitation, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills.
