Product Innovation Strategist

Job Description:

The primary responsibility of this role is to spearhead the development and implementation of innovative banking solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

This involves planning, designing, and executing product innovation initiatives across various channels and platforms, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic objectives.

As a key member of the product management team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends, assess market opportunities, and develop compelling product propositions that meet evolving customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive product innovation strategies that deliver business value and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products or services that meet market requirements and company goals.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather insights on market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform product development decisions.
  • Work with data analytics teams to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure product success.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management or a related field, preferably in the banking or finance industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully launching new products or services that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate insights effectively.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
