Job Title: Knowledge and Innovation Strategist

As a key member of our organization, the successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive knowledge management system that enables teams to learn faster, make informed decisions, and accelerate innovation. This includes creating systems, tools, and behaviors that make organizational knowledge visible, reusable, and impactful.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a knowledge management strategy that supports both immediate innovation needs and long-term organizational foresight.
  • Design and implement taxonomies, metadata systems, and content structures to support easy navigation and reuse.
  • Develop and deploy templates, canvases, and guided tools for teams to consistently capture knowledge, decisions, lessons, and insights.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Knowledge Management, Organizational Learning, Innovation, Information Science, or a related field; Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in knowledge management, innovation strategy, or organizational development roles.
  • Proven success in designing knowledge systems and enabling innovation through structured learning.
  • Familiarity with innovation methodologies (e.g., design thinking, lean startup) and foresight tools.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
