Job Overview

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in sales training within a multinational pharmaceutical organization, along with a strong background in business partnering, consulting, and designing innovative learning solutions.

A bachelor's degree in a Science or Business-related field is required; an MBA is a plus. The individual should be proficient in MS Office, Power BI, and modern learning technologies and platforms.
