Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Customer Implementation Specialist. This key position involves working closely with customers to ensure seamless onboarding and successful adoption of our software.

As part of our customer success team, you will be responsible for leading new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients, defining and maintaining implementation programs, owning end-to-end implementation processes, and communicating progress with stakeholders.

About You
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing implementation or HR/payroll roles, preferably with SaaS companies managing larger implementations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
  1. Lead new client onboarding for mid/large-sized clients within the first 60-90 days.
  2. Develop and maintain implementation programs, including timelines, stakeholders, and key deliverables.
  3. Own the end-to-end implementation process for assigned accounts, ensuring successful software adoption and training.
  4. Establish clear expectations with clients and internal stakeholders.
  5. Communicate progress with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers.
  6. Assist with high-severity requests or issue escalations as needed.
