Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Talent Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our talent acquisition process, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for HR operations. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and manage compliance and onboarding tasks, including processing pre-employment requirements, managing paperwork, and maintaining accurate candidate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and process pre-employment requirements, such as drug tests, background checks, and reference verifications.
  • Manage onboarding paperwork and documentation for new hires, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment databases.
  • Assist the recruitment team with administrative tasks related to scheduling, candidate communications, and reporting.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates regarding onboarding procedures and requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • At least 3-4 years of experience in recruitment administration, HR operations, or staffing coordination.
  • Familiarity with pre-employment processes, including drug testing, background screening, and onboarding compliance.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR/recruitment software is a plus.
