We are seeking a skilled and analytical professional to fill the position of Customer Success Specialist.
This role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving growth by enabling customers to achieve success using our services and products.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and product usage across touchpoints.
- Propose and implement data-driven strategies to reduce churn.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive customer journey map.

- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

- Strong analytical skills, with ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Ability to develop and maintain effective customer relationships.
- 2-5 years in sales or customer support, with 1+ year in a leadership role preferred.
