Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth intake calls with new clients to gather information about their goals and objectives
  • Develop and implement customized onboarding plans to meet the unique needs of each client
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and effective communication with clients
  • Analyze client feedback and make recommendations for process improvements
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles, preferably in onboarding or customer success
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly with clients
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
