About the Job

We are looking for an experienced retail professional to lead our store's sales achievement and growth. As a Store Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor, you will be responsible for setting up gondolas and merchandise display, ensuring daily operations run smoothly, and maintaining a clean and tidy store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Set up and maintain attractive visual merchandising displays
  • Ensure efficient and effective day-to-day operations
  • Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a safe and healthy working environment
  • Recruit, select, train, and develop employees to achieve their full potential
  • Complete and submit regular reports to management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of experience in retail management
  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other retail software
