Job Title: Restaurant Team Leader

The role of a Restaurant Team Leader is crucial in driving sales growth and achieving business objectives. As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in implementing store programs, recommending promotional activities, and assessing operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the effective implementation of store programs, including marketing promotions and sales strategies.
  • Recommend promotional activities to support sales targets and business objectives.
  • Assess operational improvements and make recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and sales performance.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Food, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Administration, or any Business Related course.
  • One to two years of leadership experience in a service-oriented industry.
  • High customer management orientation and ability to make decisions that meet customer needs.
  • People management capability, including coaching, developing, and supervising a team.
  • Knowledge of basic store operations and ability to assess operational improvements, compliance to defined standards, sales, and profitability.
