Key Responsibilities:

The Store Manager is accountable for driving sales growth and ensuring the store operates efficiently. Key objectives include achieving EBIT targets, maintaining high-quality products on display, and implementing promotional activities that positively impact sales.

Job Functions:
  • Sales Performance
    • Meet or exceed sales targets to drive revenue growth.
    • Ensure effective cost control and optimize operational efficiency.
    • Initiate projects and activities to enhance sales performance and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Merchandising Excellence
    • Guarantee the proper display of merchandise in line with company standards.
    • Monitor top- and slow-moving products, collaborating closely with Merchandising to optimize stock levels.
    • Maintain exceptional customer service standards within the selling area.
    • Ensure only quality products are showcased in the store at all times.
  • Operational Efficiency
    • Implement best practices to minimize shrinkage and inventory loss.
    • Enforce strict receiving guidelines across the organization.
    • Develop and maintain robust security measures to prevent theft and other incidents.
    • Ensure a spotless environment throughout the store, adhering to high cleaning and hygiene standards.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of promotional campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
    • Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
    • Optimize cash handling procedures and implement effective cashiering protocols.
    • Manage employee scheduling effectively to meet business needs.
  • People Leadership
    • Supervise and mentor team members, focusing on their development and growth.
    • Establish and enforce fair discipline policies and company rules among direct reports.
    • Model professionalism and adhere to company policies, encouraging staff to do the same.
  • Additional Responsibilities
    • Set and maintain the highest performance standards within the store.
    • Review individual performance and identify training opportunities to drive improvement.
    • Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and functional.
    • Perform other duties as assigned by senior management.
